LOVENEET SINGH collects the information needed to process an order and answer your questions, and nothing more. This policy explains what we hold, why we hold it, and how you can ask us to remove it.

Information we collect

When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, email address, phone number and the details of what you bought. Our payment provider collects card details directly; we never see or store the full card number. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.

How we use it

We use your information to pack and deliver your order, to send tracking and delivery updates, to handle returns and warranty claims, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell customer data or rent it to advertisers.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs: our ecommerce platform hosts the store, our payment provider processes the payment, and the courier receives the name, address and phone number on the parcel. Those providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies to keep your cart working and to measure which pages are visited, so we can improve them. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart may not work correctly if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years to meet New Zealand tax requirements. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept for two years.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email info@modavora.shop and we will respond within 20 working days.
